Shannon Howard is a recovering anorexic, bulimic, and binge eater herself.

She teaches women struggling with low self-esteem and an unhealthy relationship with food how to love themselves, their body, and their life. By coming from a focus on pleasure and getting to the heart of their issues, Shannon’s clients are empowered to find freedom from food fears and create the life they’ve always wanted.

But although she looks sweet as candy on paper. Pun intended. She’s has a very unorthodoxed way of conversing with her clients to ultimately creating a life that’s worth living and that’s with less obsession.
