Tyler Kelly is the owner of the online fitness company Logical-Lifting and at the young age of 22 he went from a commercial gym trainer to online marketing sensation. His booming business and value oriented systems has brought him to where he is today in the fitness industry. The fitness industry is not ALWAYS the fitness industry. Behind the scenes there’s more and more people who are suffering from eating disorders, over exercising, and negative Body images.
In todays conversation about why Bodybuilding is a mental sport rather then a physical one, why when people look their best they are also at their unhealthiest and how to create an. attractive physique you are proud of to show off without feeling like garbage or without feeling like you need to be on a treadmill 24/7.
Topics we discuss:
Why do you think you had an obsession with wanting to have a physically fit body?
Did you ever have the fear of not trusting the process to losing fat and wanting to do extra cardio?
What about timing?? There’s so many labels on supplements that make you feel as if you have to workout for this particular time or take this supplement at another particular time which can create sort of a obsessive compulsive disorder if you don’t eat at your regularly scheduled time.
What kind of changes did you have to make Mental after competing that it was okay to eat again and okay to gain fat?
We’re coming near to the end. I want to ask you what’s your biggest fear?
