Life is broken down into bite sized choices

So what choice diet are you on?

Are you making choices throughout your day that are manifesting you to think negatively?

To feel out of shape?

To feel uncertain about the future?

To be awful with financial decision making?

To be the late night binge eating?

To having low self esteem?

To feeling lonely and depressed?

To feeling like no matter what you do and how hard you try things still seem to be completely out of control and impossible to fix.

“Your talent is in your choice.” – Stella Adler

Let’s get jiggy with it like Will Smith and jiggy your way out of this funk.

These are choices you can implement in your downward spiraling life. Start small and try out just three today.

So check it out.

Choose to take control, don’t fall prey to your circumstances.

Choose to shut yo mouth, don’t complain. (Harsh- sandwich).

Choose for health and fitness to be a part of your life, not something that dominates it.

Choose consistency, not perfection.

Choose strength and performance, not exhaustion.

Choose your 6 to 7 hours of sleep, not 3 to 4. (Trust me your day will go so much smoother)

Choose simplicity, sustainability, and sanity, not horse shit.

Choose to focus on the things you can do, not those you can’t.

Choose decisive action, not relentless planning. (My current Achilles heal.)

Choose self-compassion as a response to your slip-ups, not condemnation.

Choose flexibility, not obsession.

Choose to adapt to the predicament, don’t give up entirely.

Choose Four quarters over one hundred pennies.

Choose to do what has to be done, don’t get distracted with everything that can be done.

Choose to become the best version of yourself everyday; don’t compare yourself to anyone else.

Choose empowerment, not punishment.

Choose consistent, small improvements; don’t lust at the idea of overnight success.

Choose to make the process its own reward, don’t rely on the destination to provide happiness.

Choose to feel enough, not fixate on who you wish you were.

Choose the goals, values, and metrics that matter to you, not what society and marketing tactics have deemed to be worthy.

Choose to actually apply the above information; don’t merely “Like” it, get motivated for a single fucking moment, and then forget about it.

You’re continuously making choices. Actively choose. Be pragmatic, not passive. Get activate.
