The vast amount of knowledge is inspiring and demonizing at the same time. It’s demonizing because it can make you almost lose sight of who you are and what you want to be. There is so much pressure on people already; from their boss, parents or teachers that they mold into the people they want them to be. Even though the most interesting thing you could ever be is you. Just be you. What makes you, “you?” This is ultimately measured through you milliseconds of reactions. The best way for one to discover their character is through experience. Now, this is what I believe. Not what I’m preaching. But if you’re life feels like it’s going out control and it’s spinning and spinning and you’re think “I don’t know where I’m going or who I am..” Take a look at these quotes to help you find yourself and develop they reason why you were put on this planet.

  1. “Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.” Hellen Keller
  1. “Few men have virtue to withstand the highest bidder.” G. Washington
  1. “Be sure to taste yor words before you spit them out.”

  1. “Sometimes people are beautiful, not in the looks department. Just in the way they are.”
  1. “Start your day with something you look forward to doing. Optimism is just as infectious as negativity.”
  1. “Show me your friend. And I will show you character.”
  1. “When Character is lost. All is lost.”
  1. “Running slow isn’t a character flaw; quitting is.”
  1. “Character is doing the right thing when nobody is looking.”

Although, these quotes are all something we shoot for and want to place into our daily live; the most important thing is being you. Your instincts are way more important then what any friend, colleague, boss, or teacher has to say. If you’re gut says it’s right, then go with your gut. That is what makes you, “you.”
